This privacy statement describes how information about you is collected through this website. For information about how your personal health information is used for the purposes of health and care research within the Eastern England Secure Data Environment (SDE), please read the information in the ‘Your Data’ section of this website.

How we collect and use your data through this website 
  • We are committed to protecting your privacy, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
  • We do not automatically capture or store personal information through our website except in the cases outlined below. Under no circumstances, do we use your data for anything other than the purpose for which it has been collected.
  • Our site links to other websites. This privacy statement covers the Eastern England SDE website. Other websites will have their own privacy policies and we cannot be held responsible or liable for how they may use your data.

  • We may analyse statistical trends based on responses to forms etc to help us to improve our services, however this analysis will not include personal information.
